CREATE & APPLY - Group Discount

Notes:

• VYACARE offers 4 types of Patient Discounts: Group, Individual, Line-Item, and At Cost.
• There are 3 separate Group Discounts.
• Group Discounts are created in Settings and applied independently to Patient Profiles.
• Group Discount names and rates are fully editable.
• Total Discounts round to the nearest $0.01.
• Combined discount rates cannot exceed 100%.
• Total Patient Discount shows in the Patient Details panel on the Patient Dashboard.

Create & Edit Group Discounts:

1. Go to "Settings" in the green side menu.
2. Select "Point of Sale" in the Point of Sale panel.
3. Scroll to the "Patient Group Discount" section.
4. Add or edit Group Discount names (1st column) and percentage rates (2nd column).
5. Choose whether Group Discounts apply to "Product," "Service," or both.
6. Click the blue "Save" button at the bottom.

Apply Group Discounts to Patient:

1. Go to "Patients" in the green side menu.
2. Select the Patient from the "Patient List."
3. Click the green "Patient Profile" button in the Patient Details panel.
4. Scroll to the "Patient Discounts" section.
5. Select applicable Group Discount(s).
6. Click the blue "Save" button.
