APPLY - Individual Discount

Notes:

• VYACARE offers 4 types of Patient Discounts: Group, Individual, Line-Item, and At Cost.
• Only one (1) Individual Patient Discount is available.
• Individual Discounts apply independently to the Patient’s Profile.
• Total Discounts round to the nearest $0.01.
• Combined discount rates cannot exceed 100%.
• Total Patient Discount shows in the Patient Details panel on the Patient Dashboard.

Apply Individual Patient Discount:

1. Go to "Patients" in the green side menu.
2. Select the desired Patient from the "Patient List."
3. Click the green "Patient Profile" button in the Patient Details panel.
4. Scroll to the "Patient Discounts" section.
5. Enter the Discount percentage rate in the "Individual Discount" input box.
6. Click the blue "Save" button.
