APPLY - Line-Item Discount

Notes:

• VYACARE offers 4 types of Patient Discounts: Group, Individual, Line-Item, and At Cost.
• Only one (1) Line-Item Discount is available.
• Line-Item Discounts apply independently to individual Sales Order Line-Items.
• Total Discounts round to the nearest $0.01.
• Combined discount rates cannot exceed 100%.
• Total Patient Discount shows in the Patient Details panel on the Patient Dashboard.

Apply Line-Item Discount:

1. Open any active Sales Order Line-Item.
2. Enter the Discount percentage in the "Line-Item Discount" input box.
3. The discount auto-saves only for that Line-Item and specific Sales Order.
4. Line-Item Discounts reset on new Sales Orders.
