APPLY - At Cost Discount

Notes:

• VYACARE offers 4 types of Patient Discounts: Group, Individual, Line-Item, and At Cost.
• Only one (1) At Cost Discount is available.
• At Cost Discounts apply independently to the Patient’s Profile.
• Total Discounts round to the nearest $0.01.
• Combined discount rates cannot exceed 100%.
• Total Patient Discount is shown in the Patient Details panel on the Patient Dashboard.

Apply At Cost Discount:

1. Go to the "Patients" area in the green side menu.
2. Select the desired Patient from the "Patient List".
3. Click the green "Patient Profile" button in the "Patient Details" panel.
4. Scroll to the "Patient Discounts" section.
5. Select the "At Cost" button.
6. Click the blue "Save" button to finish.
