SENDING DOCUMENTS - To Patient
Notes:
- Certain Exams / Documents are incompatible for sending to the Patient Portal.
- Exams / Documents with the green "Compatible" badge are compatible to "Send to Portal".
Steps to Send Exams/Documents to Patient Portal:
- Select the "Patients" button located on the green side menu.
- Select the desired Patient from the "Patient List".
- Select the blue "Exam / Document" button located in the "Symptom Trends" section.
- The above action opens the "Select Exam / Document Type" modal.
- Select System or Account-Level Exams / Documents.
- Select an "Exam / Document" with a green "Compatible" badge.
- Add an Optional Patient Message if applicable and select the green "Send to Portal" button.
No further action required
