SENDING DOCUMENTS - To Patient

Notes:

  • Certain Exams / Documents are incompatible for sending to the Patient Portal.
  • Exams / Documents with the green "Compatible" badge are compatible to "Send to Portal".

Steps to Send Exams/Documents to Patient Portal:

  1. Select the "Patients" button located on the green side menu.
  2. Select the desired Patient from the "Patient List".
  3. Select the blue "Exam / Document" button located in the "Symptom Trends" section.
  4. The above action opens the "Select Exam / Document Type" modal.
  5. Select System or Account-Level Exams / Documents.
  6. Select an "Exam / Document" with a green "Compatible" badge.
  7. Add an Optional Patient Message if applicable and select the green "Send to Portal" button.

No further action required
