RECEIVING DOCUMENTS - From Patient
Notes:
- "Temporary Notes" are not saved.
- Analysis of Exams / Documents MUST be performed prior to selecting the "Complete" button.
Steps to Handle Received Documents:
- Received Documents create an Alert Notification.
- Select the circular red "Alert Notifications" button at the top of your screen next to your user profile.
- Locate and select the Alert titled "(PATIENT NAME) completed a document through the Patient Portal".
- The above action takes you to the received document.
- Review, Save, Complete, and if available, Analyze the document.
