RECEIVING DOCUMENTS - From Patient

Notes:

  • "Temporary Notes" are not saved.
  • Analysis of Exams / Documents MUST be performed prior to selecting the "Complete" button.

Steps to Handle Received Documents:

  1. Received Documents create an Alert Notification.
  2. Select the circular red "Alert Notifications" button at the top of your screen next to your user profile.
  3. Locate and select the Alert titled "(PATIENT NAME) completed a document through the Patient Portal".
  4. The above action takes you to the received document.
  5. Review, Save, Complete, and if available, Analyze the document.
