RESET - Patient Username and/or Password
Note:
- Patient Access to their Portal REQUIRES a unique Username and Password.
Steps to Manage Patient Portal Credentials:
- Select the “Patients” area in the green, left-hand side menu.
- This opens the “Patients List” page.
- Select the desired Patient from the "Patient List".
- This opens the Patient’s Dashboard page.
- Select the green “Patient Portal” dropdown menu button in the “Patient Details” section.
- Select “Portal Credentials”.
- This opens the Patient Portal Settings page.
- Enter new “Username” and/or “Password” in the input box(es) to Reset.
- Select the blue “Save” button when finished.
