RESET - Patient Username and/or Password

Note:

  • Patient Access to their Portal REQUIRES a unique Username and Password.

Steps to Manage Patient Portal Credentials:

  1. Select the “Patients” area in the green, left-hand side menu.
  2. This opens the “Patients List” page.
  3. Select the desired Patient from the "Patient List".
  4. This opens the Patient’s Dashboard page.
  5. Select the green “Patient Portal” dropdown menu button in the “Patient Details” section.
  6. Select “Portal Credentials”.
  7. This opens the Patient Portal Settings page.
  8. Enter new “Username” and/or “Password” in the input box(es) to Reset.
  9. Select the blue “Save” button when finished.
