ACCESS - Practice

Notes:

  • The Practice has Access to all Patient Portals.
  • This feature is primarily used to check the availability and correctness of Patient Onboarding Documents.
  • It may also be used to investigate Patient-reported Portal issues.

Steps to Access a Patient’s Portal:

  1. Select the “Patients” area in the green, left-hand side menu.
  2. This opens the “Patient List”.
  3. Locate the Patient using the search bar or manual scrolling.
  4. Select the desired Patient from the "Patient List".
  5. This opens the Patient’s "Patient Dashboard" page.
  6. Select the green “Patient Portal” dropdown menu button in the “Patient Details” section.
  7. Select “Portal Access”.
  8. This opens the Patient’s Portal.
  9. Select the “Return to Office” link when finished.
