ACCESS - Practice
Notes:
- The Practice has Access to all Patient Portals.
- This feature is primarily used to check the availability and correctness of Patient Onboarding Documents.
- It may also be used to investigate Patient-reported Portal issues.
Steps to Access a Patient’s Portal:
- Select the “Patients” area in the green, left-hand side menu.
- This opens the “Patient List”.
- Locate the Patient using the search bar or manual scrolling.
- Select the desired Patient from the "Patient List".
- This opens the Patient’s "Patient Dashboard" page.
- Select the green “Patient Portal” dropdown menu button in the “Patient Details” section.
- Select “Portal Access”.
- This opens the Patient’s Portal.
- Select the “Return to Office” link when finished.
