ACTIVATE - Patient Onboarding Documents / System Level
Notes:
- Patient Onboarding Documents are immediately available in a new Patient’s Portal.
- These documents are removed from the Portal once completed and returned electronically to the Practice.
- Any System Exam or Document compatible with the Patient Portal can serve as a Patient Onboarding Document.
Steps to Manage Patient Onboarding Documents:
- Select “Settings” in the green, left-hand side menu.
- This opens the “Settings” page.
- In the Exams section, select the “Exam / Document List” button.
- This opens the System "Exams / Documents List” page.
- The page displays a table with 7 columns and multiple rows of Exams and Documents.
- The 5th column, titled “Onboarding”, contains green and/or red ON/OFF buttons.
- Any System Exam or Document with a button here can be used for Onboarding.
- Toggle the button to the desired setting.
- Green "ON" means used for Onboarding.
- Red "OFF" means NOT used for Onboarding.
