ACTIVATE - Patient Onboarding Documents / System Level

Notes:

  • Patient Onboarding Documents are immediately available in a new Patient’s Portal.
  • These documents are removed from the Portal once completed and returned electronically to the Practice.
  • Any System Exam or Document compatible with the Patient Portal can serve as a Patient Onboarding Document.

Steps to Manage Patient Onboarding Documents:

  1. Select “Settings” in the green, left-hand side menu.
  2. This opens the “Settings” page.
  3. In the Exams section, select the “Exam / Document List” button.
  4. This opens the System "Exams / Documents List” page.
  5. The page displays a table with 7 columns and multiple rows of Exams and Documents.
  6. The 5th column, titled “Onboarding”, contains green and/or red ON/OFF buttons.
  7. Any System Exam or Document with a button here can be used for Onboarding.
  8. Toggle the button to the desired setting.
  9. Green "ON" means used for Onboarding.
  10. Red "OFF" means NOT used for Onboarding.
