CREATE - Patient Onboarding Documents / Account Level
Notes:
- Patient Onboarding Documents are immediately available in a new Patient’s Portal.
- These documents are removed once completed and electronically returned to the Practice.
Steps to Create a Patient Onboarding Exam/Document:
- Select the “Settings” area in the green, left-hand side menu.
- This opens the “Settings” page.
- Select the “Exam / Documents List” button in the Exams section.
- This opens the System "Exams / Documents List” page.
- Select the gray “Practice” button at the top of the page.
- This opens the Practice "Exams / Documents List” page.
- Select the green “Add Exam / Doc” button.
- This opens the “Create Exam / Document” page.
- When creating, enable Patient Portal Compatible and Onboarding by selecting the respective “Enable” buttons.
- This makes the Exam or Document visible on the Patient Portal.
- Complete the Exam / Document creation.
- Select the blue “Save” button at the bottom when finished.
