CREATE - Patient Onboarding Documents / Account Level

Notes:

  • Patient Onboarding Documents are immediately available in a new Patient’s Portal.
  • These documents are removed once completed and electronically returned to the Practice.

Steps to Create a Patient Onboarding Exam/Document:

  1. Select the “Settings” area in the green, left-hand side menu.
  2. This opens the “Settings” page.
  3. Select the “Exam / Documents List” button in the Exams section.
  4. This opens the System "Exams / Documents List” page.
  5. Select the gray “Practice” button at the top of the page.
  6. This opens the Practice "Exams / Documents List” page.
  7. Select the green “Add Exam / Doc” button.
  8. This opens the “Create Exam / Document” page.
  9. When creating, enable Patient Portal Compatible and Onboarding by selecting the respective “Enable” buttons.
  10. This makes the Exam or Document visible on the Patient Portal.
  11. Complete the Exam / Document creation.
  12. Select the blue “Save” button at the bottom when finished.
