ACTIVATE - Patient Onboarding Documents / Account Level
Notes:
- Patient Onboarding Documents are immediately available in a new Patient’s Portal.
- These documents are removed once completed and returned electronically to the Practice.
- Any Account Exam or Account Document that is Patient Portal compatible can be used for Onboarding.
Steps to Manage Patient Onboarding Documents:
- Select “Settings” in the green, left-hand side menu.
- This opens the “Settings” page.
- In the Exams section, select the “Exam / Document List” button.
- This opens the System "Exams / Documents List” page.
- Select the Practice tab at the top of the page.
- This opens the Practice "Exams / Documents List” page.
- The page shows a table with 9 columns and multiple rows of Exams and Documents.
- The 5th column, “Onboarding”, contains green/red ON/OFF buttons.
- Any Practice Exam or Document with a button here can be used for Onboarding.
- Toggle the button to set the desired state.
- Green "ON" means used for Onboarding.
- Red "OFF" means NOT used for Onboarding.
