ACTIVATE - Patient Onboarding Documents / Account Level

Notes:

  • Patient Onboarding Documents are immediately available in a new Patient’s Portal.
  • These documents are removed once completed and returned electronically to the Practice.
  • Any Account Exam or Account Document that is Patient Portal compatible can be used for Onboarding.

Steps to Manage Patient Onboarding Documents:

  1. Select “Settings” in the green, left-hand side menu.
  2. This opens the “Settings” page.
  3. In the Exams section, select the “Exam / Document List” button.
  4. This opens the System "Exams / Documents List” page.
  5. Select the Practice tab at the top of the page.
  6. This opens the Practice "Exams / Documents List” page.
  7. The page shows a table with 9 columns and multiple rows of Exams and Documents.
  8. The 5th column, “Onboarding”, contains green/red ON/OFF buttons.
  9. Any Practice Exam or Document with a button here can be used for Onboarding.
  10. Toggle the button to set the desired state.
  11. Green "ON" means used for Onboarding.
  12. Red "OFF" means NOT used for Onboarding.
