Notes:

  • Naming settings for Patient, Client, or Customer are under "Settings" in the “Practice Set Up” module.
  • “Patient” is used throughout the “Getting Started” and "Articles" sections for convenience.
  • Patient Discount settings are found under “Settings” in the “Point of Sale” module.
  • Helpful hints appear next to many input boxes and settings buttons.
  • Unnamed Patients are automatically DELETED nightly during “Nightly Maintenance.”

Steps to Add a New Patient:

  1. Select the “Patients” area in the green, left-hand side menu.
  2. This opens the “Patients” page.
  3. Select the green “Add Patient” button.
  4. This opens the “New Patient” page.
  5. Complete all applicable input boxes and settings.
  6. Include a Middle Name or Initial and a Suffix, if applicable.
  7. Select the blue “Save” button when finished.
  8. Alternatively, upload multiple Patients at once using “Import Patients” under “Onboarding” in “Settings.”
