UPLOAD - Photo

Notes:

• Save the photo to your computer before continuing for best results.
• Uploads are limited to PDF, JPG, JPEG, and PNG files.
• Maximum upload size is 20 MB.

Steps to Upload a Patient Photo:

1. Select “Patients” in the green, left-hand side menu.
2. This opens the “Patient List”.
3. Locate the Patient via search or manual scrolling.
4. Select the desired Patient from the "Patient List."
5. This opens the Patient’s Patient Dashboard.
6. Select the white “Upload” button under the simulated Patient silhouette.
7. This opens the “Upload Patient Photo” modal.

Upload Options in the Modal:

• OPTION #1 (File Browser):

  8. Click inside the “Search or Drag & Drop” box.

  9. Your computer’s file browser opens.

  10. Locate and click the desired Patient Photo.

  11. The photo uploads automatically.

• OPTION #2 (Drag & Drop):

  8. Locate the Patient Photo on your computer.

  9. Click and hold the photo, then drag it to the “Search or Drag & Drop” box.

  10. Drop the photo by releasing the mouse button.

  11. The photo uploads automatically.

12. When the checkmark flashes on the file, select the green “Continue” button.
13. You return to the Patient’s Dashboard where the uploaded photo replaces the silhouette.
