PATIENT PORTAL - Access

Notes:

• Each Patient needs a unique username and password for Portal access.
• Two Portal access methods: emailed link (first-time) and website URL (repeat user).
• Primary Account Portal must be set up before Subordinate Accounts.
• Subordinate Accounts have locked email/phone fields; Primary’s contact info is used.

First-Time User: Patient Portal Email Link (Subordinate Account)

1. Select “Patients” in the green left menu.
2. Go to “Patient List.”
3. Subordinate Patients are labeled "Sub Account."
4. Select the desired Subordinate Patient.
5. Open the Subordinate’s Patient Dashboard.
6. Click the blue “Emails & Texts” dropdown in “Patient Details.”
7. Select “Email - Portal Link.”
8. The Portal Link is emailed automatically to the Primary Patient with a message inviting login setup.

Repeat User: Patient Portal Website URL

• After initial login, Patients use www.vyapatient.com with their username and password.
• Primary Account Holders can access both their own portal and Subordinate portals via the "Sub-Accounts" section in the Portal.

This setup ensures Primary manages Subordinate access seamlessly while maintaining unique credentials per Patient.
