APPOINTMENTS - Calendar
Notes:
- Appointment confirmation and appointment reminder emails will be sent to the Primary Account Holder.
- The next Sales Order created for the Primary or Subordinate Account Holder will be auto-populated with the service(s) from the appointment.
- The "Account" section of the Sales Order will be prepopulated with Subordinate Account’s name only if the Sales Order was created on the Primary Account.
Process to Mark Appointment as Completed:
- Select the “Calendar” area in the green, left-hand side menu.
- This opens the “Calendar” page.
- Select the desired "[Scheduled]" appointment from the "Calendar".
- This opens an appointment modal.
- Select the "Scheduled" dropdown, then select "Completed" once the appointment is complete.
- This marks the appointment as "[Completed]".
Add Service(s) of Completed Appointment to a Sales Order - Two Options:
OPTION #1 - Subordinate Account's Sales Order
7. Select the desired "[Completed]" appointment from the "Calendar".
8. This opens an appointment modal.
9. Select the green "Sales Order" button.
10. This opens a Sales Order for the Subordinate Account.
11. The Sales Order is prepopulated with the service(s) from the Subordinate’s completed appointment.
OPTION #2 - Primary Account's Sales Order
7. Select the “Patients” area in the green, left-hand side menu.
8. Select the desired Patient labeled "Prime Account" from the "Patient List".
9. Select the blue "Sales Order" button located in the "Supplement" section.
10. This opens a prepopulated Sales Order with service(s) from the Subordinate’s completed appointment.
11. The "Account" section of the Sales Order is prepopulated with Subordinate Account’s name.
