CREATE - Using Purchase Order Calculator

Notes:

• Calculation is partially based on historical data.
• Lead Time, Reorder Interval, and Lead Factor are settings customized for each supplier individually.
• Lead Time, Reorder Interval, and Lead Factor can be adjusted in "Settings" under "Supplier".

Process to Use the Purchase Order Calculator:

1. Select the “Tools” area in the green, left-hand side menu.
2. Select the "Calculator - Purchase Order" button in the "Inventory" section.
3. This opens the "Purchase Order Calculator".
4. From the Supplier dropdown menu "(Select a Supplier)", choose the desired supplier.
5. Review Lead Time, Reorder Interval, and Lead Factor values.
6. Review Product names under "Product" and calculated purchase quantities under "Qty to PO".
7. Select the green "Create PO" button.
8. Complete the Purchase Order process.
