CREATE - Sales Order / Nutrition Schedule
Summary: Sales Order Process from Nutrition Schedule
- Sales Orders include Products and Services; Products can be Supplement or Non-Supplement.
- Sales Orders auto-update to Invoices, Backorders, Receipts.
- Delivery defaults to Pickup; selecting Ship adds Shipping & Handling line & Ship To info (if enabled).
- Discounts (Line-Item, Patient Group, Individual) apply per settings and profiles.
- Sales Orders without line items are auto-deleted nightly.
Steps:
- Complete Patient’s Nutrition Schedule.
- Select green "Sales Order" button.
- Sales Order status = Draft; Payment status = Draft.
- Choose Delivery Type.
- Sales Order auto-populates with Supplements from Nutrition Schedule.
- Quantity Required pre-filled from “Bottles for Days” or “Bottles for Sales Order.”
- Add Line-Item Discount, Comments, Commission if needed.
- Click blue "Fill Available" button.
- Click green "Invoice" button.
- Confirm by selecting green "Continue" in the modal.
- Status changes to Filled; Payment status to Unpaid; Sales Order converts to Invoice.
- Process payment via:
- Collect Pmt, $ Money Bag:
1. Click green button.
2. Select Invoice or input Other amount.
3. Choose Payment Type.
4. Add info if needed.
5. Click green "Pay".
6. Status changes to Closed & Paid; Invoice converts to Receipt.
- On Account, X Money Bag:
1. Click red button.
2. Confirm with green "Continue".
3. Full Invoice amount added to Patient’s Ledger Balance.
4. Invoice status stays Filled and Unpaid.
- Sales Order saves automatically.
