REOPEN - Receipt

Note:

  • To Edit or Delete a Receipt, it first must be reopened and converted back to the original Sales Order.
  • After conversion, the Status of the Sales Order must be “Draft” to Edit or Delete.
  • Receipts are located on both the Practice Dashboard and in the Patient Files & Forms.

From the “SO / BO / INV - Open” panel on the Practice Dashboard:

  1. Locate the Receipt to be Edited or Deleted.
  2. Select the Receipt.
  3. The above action takes you to the Receipt on the Receipt page.

From the Patient Dashboard:

  1. Select the gray “Files & Forms” tab located at the top of the page.
  2. The above action takes you to the Patient Files & Forms page.
  3. Locate and select the Receipt to be Edited or Deleted.
  4. The above action takes you to the Receipt on the Receipt page.
  5. Select the yellow “Reopen” button located in the bottom right corner of the page.
  6. The above action opens the “WARNING” modal.
  7. Select the green “Confirm” button.
  8. The above action opens the “REOPEN SUCCESSFUL” modal.
  9. Select the green “Continue” button.
  10. The above action takes you to the original “Draft” Sales Order on the Sales Order page.
  11. To Edit the Sales Order, refer to “CREATE - Sales Order" located under SALES ORDERS.
  12. To Delete the Sales Order, select the red “DELETE” button located in the bottom right corner of the page.
