DELETE - User

Note:

  • Must be completed by an Account Admin.

Steps:

  1. Select the “Admin” area in the green, left-hand side menu.
  2. The above action takes you to the “User List” page.
  3. If not, select the “Users” button at the top of the page.
  4. Select the User that requires deleting.
  5. The above action takes you to the “Edit User” and “Roles for this User” page.
  6. Select the red “Delete” button at the bottom of the page.
  7. The above action opens the “PLEASE CONFIRM” modal.
  8. Select the green “Confirm” button.
  9. The above action returns you to the User List page, which confirms in the “Status” column that the User has been Deleted.
  10. Users with a Deleted Status are listed below Users with an Active Status in the User List.
