SCHEDULE - Appointment / Practice
Notes:
- Appointments can be scheduled from the "Patient Dashboard" or through the "Calendar".
- To add multiple services to an appointment, press and hold the CTRL key to select multiple Services.
When scheduling Patient appointments, you have 2 OPTIONS to consider:
OPTION #1 - Scheduling from the "Calendar"
- Select the “Calendar” area in the green, left-hand side menu.
- This takes you to the “Calendar” page.
- Select the desired grey "Time Slot / Day".
- This opens a "Scheduling" modal.
- Select the "Select a Patient" button, and locate the Patient using the search bar or manual scrolling.
- The Patient's name fills the "Patients" input box and is highlighted blue.
- Verify the appointment "Time" is correct and select the "Services" to be performed.
- The end "Time" may adjust based on the selected Service(s) preset duration.
- The "Price" adjusts depending on the price of each selected Service.
- Select the green "Schedule" button to schedule the appointment.
OPTION #2 - Scheduling from the "Patients Dashboard"
- Select the “Patients” area in the green, left-hand side menu.
- Select the desired Patient from the "Patient List".
- Select the "Appointments" tab at the top of the "Patient Dashboard".
- This opens the "Appointments" section.
- Select the blue "Schedule" button at the top right of the "Appointments" section.
- This opens the "Schedule Patient Appointment" page.
- Choose the correct Date and start Time by selecting the corresponding input boxes.
- Select the "Room" and the "Service(s)" to be performed.
- The end "Time" is auto-populated based on the selected Service(s) preset duration.
- The "Price" adjusts depending on the set price of each selected Service.
- Select the blue "Save" button at the bottom of the page to schedule the Appointment.
- This opens the "Calendar" page where you can see your newly created Appointment.
