DELETE - Appointment / Practice

Notes:

  • Appointments can ONLY be deleted from "Appointments" in the "Patient Dashboard".
  • Unlike "Canceled Appointments", deleted appointments are removed from the "Calendar".

Deleting an Appointment

  1. Select the “Patients” area in the green, left-hand side menu.
  2. Select the desired Patient from the "Patient List".
  3. Select the "Appointments" tab at the top of the "Patient Dashboard".
  4. This opens the "Appointments" page.
  5. Select the "Date" range to narrow the search.
  6. Verify the date of the Appointment to be deleted.
  7. Select the "Service(s)" blue link on the desired Appointment.
  8. At the bottom of the "Edit Patient Appointment" page, select the red "Delete" button.
  9. Select the green "Confirm" button in the "Delete Appointment" modal.
  10. This opens the "Calendar" page, where the appointment will no longer appear.
