DELETE - Appointment / Practice
Notes:
- Appointments can ONLY be deleted from "Appointments" in the "Patient Dashboard".
- Unlike "Canceled Appointments", deleted appointments are removed from the "Calendar".
Deleting an Appointment
- Select the “Patients” area in the green, left-hand side menu.
- Select the desired Patient from the "Patient List".
- Select the "Appointments" tab at the top of the "Patient Dashboard".
- This opens the "Appointments" page.
- Select the "Date" range to narrow the search.
- Verify the date of the Appointment to be deleted.
- Select the "Service(s)" blue link on the desired Appointment.
- At the bottom of the "Edit Patient Appointment" page, select the red "Delete" button.
- Select the green "Confirm" button in the "Delete Appointment" modal.
- This opens the "Calendar" page, where the appointment will no longer appear.
