WELCOME EMAIL - Auto-Send
Notes:
- All areas of the Email are editable.
- The Email is intended as a generic template that can be used as is or personalized per Patient.
- The template Auto-Send MUST be Enabled.
- The Auto-Send feature requires a valid Patient email address when initially creating the Patient Profile.
CREATE & EDIT
- Go to the "Settings" area on the green side menu.
- Select the "Email" button located in the "Practice" section.
- Scroll down to the "Patient Welcome Email" template.
- Select the "Enable" button for the "Auto-Send" feature.
- Add "Email Subject" line language.
- Add "Email Body" language.
- Select the blue "Save" button at the bottom of the page when finished.
- This email is sent immediately when the new Patient Profile is created and saved.
