WELCOME EMAIL - Auto-Send

Notes:

  • All areas of the Email are editable.
  • The Email is intended as a generic template that can be used as is or personalized per Patient.
  • The template Auto-Send MUST be Enabled.
  • The Auto-Send feature requires a valid Patient email address when initially creating the Patient Profile.

CREATE & EDIT

  1. Go to the "Settings" area on the green side menu.
  2. Select the "Email" button located in the "Practice" section.
  3. Scroll down to the "Patient Welcome Email" template.
  4. Select the "Enable" button for the "Auto-Send" feature.
  5. Add "Email Subject" line language.
  6. Add "Email Body" language.
  7. Select the blue "Save" button at the bottom of the page when finished.
  8. This email is sent immediately when the new Patient Profile is created and saved.
