PATIENT PORTAL LINK EMAIL - Send to Patient

Notes:

  • The Email Subject line of the Patient Portal Invite Email is permanently locked.
  • The Email Body input area of the Patient Portal Invite Email is conditionally locked.
  • Use caution when editing the Email Body.
  • The "{{invite link}}" is a required field and must NOT be removed from the Patient Portal Invite Email.

CREATE & EDIT

  1. Go to the "Settings" area on the green side menu.
  2. Select the "Email" button located in the "Practice" section.
  3. Scroll down to the "Patient Portal Invite Email" template.
  4. Select the red "Locked" button to unlock the "Email Body" for editing.
  5. Select the green "Unlocked" button to lock and secure the "Email Body".
  6. Select the blue "Save" button at the bottom of the page when finished.

SEND

  1. Go to the "Patients" area on the green side menu.
  2. Select the "Patient" to be emailed from the "Patient List".
  3. Select the blue "Emails & Texts" dropdown menu in the "Patient Details" section.
  4. Select the "Email - Portal Link" button.
  5. The system automatically sends the Patient Portal Invite Email.
  6. A green "Patient Portal invitation sent successfully" banner is displayed.
  7. No further action is required.
