PATIENT PORTAL LINK EMAIL - Send to Patient
Notes:
- The Email Subject line of the Patient Portal Invite Email is permanently locked.
- The Email Body input area of the Patient Portal Invite Email is conditionally locked.
- Use caution when editing the Email Body.
- The "{{invite link}}" is a required field and must NOT be removed from the Patient Portal Invite Email.
CREATE & EDIT
- Go to the "Settings" area on the green side menu.
- Select the "Email" button located in the "Practice" section.
- Scroll down to the "Patient Portal Invite Email" template.
- Select the red "Locked" button to unlock the "Email Body" for editing.
- Select the green "Unlocked" button to lock and secure the "Email Body".
- Select the blue "Save" button at the bottom of the page when finished.
SEND
- Go to the "Patients" area on the green side menu.
- Select the "Patient" to be emailed from the "Patient List".
- Select the blue "Emails & Texts" dropdown menu in the "Patient Details" section.
- Select the "Email - Portal Link" button.
- The system automatically sends the Patient Portal Invite Email.
- A green "Patient Portal invitation sent successfully" banner is displayed.
- No further action is required.
