GENERAL EMAIL - Send to Patient

Notes:

  • All areas of the Email are editable.
  • The Email’s Subject and Email Body input boxes are initially blank.

SEND GENERAL EMAIL

  1. Go to the "Patients" area on the green side menu.
  2. Select the "Patient" to be emailed from the "Patient List".
  3. Select the blue "Emails & Texts" dropdown menu button located in the "Patient Details" section.
  4. Select the "Email - General" button.
  5. If desired, you may edit the Patient's "Email" address.
  6. Add the "Subject" line language.
  7. Add the "Email Body" language.
  8. Select the blue "Send" button when you are ready to transmit the email.
