BROADCAST EMAIL - Send to Patients

Notes:

• All areas of the Broadcast Email template are editable.
• The Broadcast Email, Email Subject, and Email Body input boxes are initially blank.
• The Broadcast Email template can be saved and reused.
• The Broadcast Email can be sent to Active and Inactive Patients and/or Prospects.

STEPS TO CREATE & SEND BROADCAST EMAIL

1. Go to the "Settings" area on the green side menu.
2. Select the "Email" button located in the "Practice" section.
3. Scroll down to the "Broadcast Email" template.
4. Select a previously saved template from the "Saved Templates" dropdown menu, if applicable.
5. Select 1, 2, or all 3 "Send to" buttons (Active, Inactive, Prospect).
6. Add "Email Subject" language.
7. Add "Email Body" language.
8. Select the blue "Save" button to store template for future use.
9. Select the green "Send" button when ready to transmit.
