GENERAL (2-WAY) TEXT - To Patient

Notes:

  • The Text Message input box is initially blank.
  • The Text Message input box maintains the ongoing text conversation of both parties.
  • Patient MUST have a valid cell phone number on file.
  • Patient MUST have given Consent to receive Text Messages.
  • The Text Message is transmitted from phone number 248-206-8830.
  • Patients may be instructed to save this text phone number as your Practice.

Sending a Text Message

  1. Go to the Patients area on the green side menu.
  2. Select the Patient to be text messaged from the Patient List.
  3. Select the blue Emails & Texts dropdown menu button located in the Patient Details section.
  4. Select the Text - General button.
  5. Add the Text Message language.
  6. Select the green Send button when ready to transmit the message.
  7. The sent message is displayed with the sender’s name, time, and date.
