BROADCAST TEXT - To Patient

Notes:

• All areas of the Broadcast Text template are editable.
• The Broadcast Text, Text Subject, and Text Body input boxes are initially blank.
• The Broadcast Text template can be saved and reused.
• The Broadcast Text can be sent to Active and Inactive Patients and/or Prospects.

Broadcast Text Message Setup

1. Go to the Settings area on the green side menu.
2. Select the Text Message button located in the Practice section.
3. Scroll down to the Broadcast Text Message template.
4. Select a previously saved template from the Saved Templates dropdown menu, if applicable.
5. Select 1, 2, or all 3 Send to buttons (Active, Inactive, Prospect).
6. Add Template Name language.
7. Add Text Message Body language.
8. Select the blue Save button to store the template for future use.
9. Select the green Send button when ready to transmit.
