AUTO-REPLY TEXT - To Patient
Notes:
- The "Auto-Reply Text Message" template is sent automatically to any incoming text.
- Only one "Auto-Reply Text Message" template can be active at a time.
Setup Auto-Reply Text Message
- Go to Settings on the green side menu.
- Select Text Message Templates in the Practice section.
- Locate Auto-Reply Text Message in the templates list.
- Select Enable to activate auto-replies for all incoming texts.
- Enter your desired message in the Text Message Body box.
- Select the blue Save button.
