CREATE - Account Level

Notes:

  • For assistance, hints are provided to the right of many input boxes and settings buttons.
  • Unnamed Products are automatically DELETED from the system each night with the Nightly Maintenance procedures.
  • Supplier, Name, Status, Type, Practice Cost, Patient Price, Unit of Measure (UM), and Unit Quantity are the 8 required fields.

Steps to Add a New Product:

  1. Go to the “Inventory” area in the green, left-hand side menu.
  2. Select the green "Add Product" button.
  3. Complete ALL required input boxes and settings buttons.
  4. Select the blue “Save” button at the bottom of the page when finished.
