Notes:

  • Newly added Supplements are highlighted yellow on the Nutrition Schedule and in the Supplements section of the Patient Dashboard.
  • When printed, newly added Supplements to the Nutrition Schedule have an extra thick border.
  • Required Bottles amount is automatically calculated based on dosing and your Practice Settings.
  • Supplements without dosing and thus zero (0) Required Bottles will not be added to a Sales Order.

Steps to Add Supplements to the Nutrition Schedule:

  1. Go to the "Patients" area on the green side menu.
  2. Select the desired Patient from the "Patient List".
  3. Select the green “Nutrition Schedule” button located in the “Supplements” section.
  4. Select the blue “Add Supplement” button.
  5. Select the desired Supplement(s) to be added from the “SELECT SUPPLEMENT” modal.
  6. Select the "Close" button when finished with your selection(s).
  7. Add the desired Supplement dosing by selecting the input box of the desired time(s) of the day and typing the associated dose.
  8. If desired, edit the amount of "Bottles for Sales Order" by typing in the input box.
  9. If desired, add "Comments" by typing in the input box.
  10. Repeat steps 7 through 9 for each newly added "Supplement".
  11. Add notes for the Patient by clicking on and typing in the “Visit Notes” input box.
  12. Add “Food Sensitivities” by selecting the associated button.
  13. Click on the green “More” button to Email or Print a copy.
  14. Click on the blue “Save” button, blue “Return to Patient” button or green “Sales Order” button when finished.
  15. Patient’s Supplements are also displayed on the Patient’s Dashboard in the "Supplements" section with the most recent additions to the Nutrition Schedule highlighted yellow.
