REFILL - Patient Supplements
Notes:
- Enable the "Refill Needed" Setting for "Alerts & Alert Notifications" in the Practice section.
- Path: Settings > Practice panel > Alerts & Alert Notifications > Patient section > Refill Needed > Enable.
Process to Manage Patient Refills:
- Select the red circular "Alert Notifications" button at the top of your page.
- The above action opens the "Alert Notifications" dropdown.
- Select the "(X) Patients due for refill(s)" alert.
- The above action opens the "Patient Refills" modal.
- Select the desired Patient to view potential refills.
- The above action opens the "Patient Dashboard."
- Select the red "REFILL" button associated with the desired supplement.
- The above action adds the supplement to the "Sales Order."
- Select the blue "Sales Order" button located in the "Supplements" section.
- Complete the Sales Order process.
