REFILL - Patient Supplements

Notes:

  • Enable the "Refill Needed" Setting for "Alerts & Alert Notifications" in the Practice section.
  • Path: Settings > Practice panel > Alerts & Alert Notifications > Patient section > Refill Needed > Enable.

Process to Manage Patient Refills:

  1. Select the red circular "Alert Notifications" button at the top of your page.
  2. The above action opens the "Alert Notifications" dropdown.
  3. Select the "(X) Patients due for refill(s)" alert.
  4. The above action opens the "Patient Refills" modal.
  5. Select the desired Patient to view potential refills.
  6. The above action opens the "Patient Dashboard."
  7. Select the red "REFILL" button associated with the desired supplement.
  8. The above action adds the supplement to the "Sales Order."
  9. Select the blue "Sales Order" button located in the "Supplements" section.
  10. Complete the Sales Order process.
