EMAIL - To Patient / Unable to Open

Notes:

  • Patient must have a preferred phone number on file.
  • All emailed Nutrition Schedules are encrypted and password protected.
  • The password is the Patient’s 10-digit preferred phone number, with no special characters or spaces.
  • The example password is NOT the actual password; always use the Patient’s preferred phone number.

Example:

(248) 218-9700 → 2482189700 (Password)


Steps to Resolve Password Issues:

  1. Verify the Patient is using the correct password and format.
  2. If the issue persists, re-email the Nutrition Schedule or direct the Patient to their Patient Portal to securely retrieve it.
