Activating Alerts & Email Notifications

  • Each Alert has two sections: Enable/Disable and Email Notification.
  • Go to the Settings area on the green side menu.
  • Select the Alerts & Alert Notifications button in the Practice section.
  • Select the Enable button to activate an Alert.
  • Select all User Roles that will receive an Alert Notification email for the enabled Alert.
  • Enter the Alert Point number of days.
  • Select the Enable button to activate the Alert Chime.
  • Select the blue Save button when finished.
