Managing Alerts & Email Notifications

  • Each Alert has two sections: Enable/Disable and Email Notification.
  • Go to the Settings area on the green side menu.
  • Select the Alerts & Alert Notifications button in the Practice section.
  • Select the Disable button to turn off an Alert.
  • Disabling an Alert removes all associated Email Notifications.
  • Click any blue Role button on an enabled Alert to remove that Role’s Email Notification.
  • Click any unhighlighted Role button on an enabled Alert to add an Email Notification for that Role.
  • Edit the Alert Point (number of days) by typing in the input box.
  • Select the Disable button to turn off the Alert Chime.
  • Select the blue Save button when finished.
